To remove food, gently glide between teeth crevices. To remove additional debris, trace along the gumline, and sweep the tip gently where your toothbrush may not reach. To massage  gums, lay the tip flat/parallel to the gumline and gently press and release.

The Stimmie Recommendation: We would advise to rinse before and after every use, replace every three (3) months, or sooner if the tip bends out of shape and replace after any illness.

Do not share a Stimmie to avoid the spread of germs. Keep out of reach of children and supervise use by a child. Do not chew on the stimmie, or use excessive force, which can harm the teeth or gums.
