Directions: To remove food particles and debris on tongue surface, place the "U" shape flat towards base of tongue, press gently and glide scraper towards the front of the tongue. 

Care: After each use, wash with water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. To keep it in optimal condition, store in a clean, dry place. Discontinue use if the scraper shows signs of oxidation, or if your tongue has temporary ulcers, cuts, or irritation.
